1.Cook 1 cup of Joha rice(You can cook this with stove top method of adding rice into boiling water and then straining or you can cook with Pressure cooker, cook it like you would cook basmati.
2.In a kadai, heat oil and add 1 tsp cumin seeds and saute chopped garlic.
3.Now add chopped onions, few green chillies slit, Basil leaves, some chopped coriander leaves, salt and some pepper powder
4. Finally add the cooked rice and toss for a few minutes. Enjoy with gravy of your choice.
