Returns and Refund
Communication and Refunds:
- We will notify you if any part of your order is canceled or if additional information is needed.
- If we cannot process your order within 45 working days, a refund will be initiated and will be resolved depending on the bank's resolution period.
- Your refund will be reflected in the source account within 5-7 working days. If you do not receive the refund after 7 days, please contact your bank.
- customers have to return a product in 3 days upon confirmation from the customer support team only if the product is damaged in transit.
Cancellation of Unprocessed Orders:
If a cancellation request is received after the order is processed/approved, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount.
Discouragement of Post-Processing Cancellations:
We prioritize efficient order processing and discourage cancellations after order processing.
Charges for Cancellation/Returns:
- A ₹50 deduction will be applied for cancellations of orders after process and ₹100 for returns of orders (RTO) that have left the warehouse.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will have a specified shipping charge limit mentioned during checkout.
Reward Programme:
- Once reward points have been used for an order and the customer subsequently requests to cancel that specific order, additional reward points will not be issued again.
- Please note that not all coupon codes can be combined and used for a single order.
- Please note that your minimum order value has to be ₹499 to redeem reward points.
- A maximum of 10% of your order value can be redeemed as reward points.
- We do not offer any reward points for COD orders.
- Validity of reward points: 1 year from date of earning.
